So we decided to go on a vacation after easter and found some really cheap tickets to California, so we decided to go to California again, but this time we hit up all the national parks. We saw Joshua Tree, Sequoia, and Yosemite and then we went to San Francisco and then DisneyLand again . It was so much fun and absolutely beautiful!
San Francisco by the famous victorian houses
With our national park pass we bought we were able to tour some historical boats in San Francisco, Van loved it.
This is what Van liked to do most of the time in the car and in the hotel, watch movies on the iphone.
Oakland temple
Zya's favorite things, hats and mixed nuts!
Zya's favorite ride at Disneyland, Small World. She loved all the babies and danced the whole time.
Our hike to a waterfall in Yosemite. Lets just say it was a little dangerous with all the snow, and 3 kids in tow. There was so much snow that it took us 4 hours in total to hike up and down. This is Bryant after he lost his shoe in the snow. Avyn was on Ryley's stomach and hardly made a sound for 4 hours. She was so good.
At the top of the waterfall, so forth it!
Look at those steps, and a steep cliff on the other side!
The beautiful waterfall, so worth the hike!
One of Van's favorite guys, Paul Bunyan. Van showing his muscles because he is as strong as Paul Bunyan.
Joshua Tree National Park
A Joshua Tree
These rocks were so neat, Van could have climbed them all day!
I can't remember what these cacti were called but they are deadly. They cling to anything and everything even skin as I was to find out the hard way, and they even bounce!
Ryley thought it would be funny to throw one at me but not actually hit me, but the thing bounced like a basketball and sunk into my shin. I freaked out and kicked it off and it flew off onto my other leg. Ryley had to pull in off my ankle and it hurt!! I was so mad at him because it hurt for the rest of the day!
